Cast Iron Pot Usage Guidelines
Before first use
Please remove the label and package , clean the cookware with a soft sponge and a little detergent, then dry and place it.
Daliy Use
You just need to cook on low to medium heat to achieve the best cooking effect.
1.Before adding ingredients ,please add oil or liquid to the cookware for pre-heating to
avoid dry burning.
2.When stir frying or stirring the ingredients in the pot, please use wooden or silicone spatulas or spoons. Using metal spatulas or spoons may damage the enamel coating inside the pot, causing a "enamel explosion" phenomenon.
3.Please avoid sudden cold and heat during use.
For example, after using the hot pot, please let it cool down first and then rinse it with cold water. Do not directly immerse the hot pot in cold water; After removing the cookware from the refrigerator, please do not heat it over high heat. You can use low heat to slowly heat it up.
4.The inner wall white enamel is more suitable for Stewing , boiling , not suitable for frying ;
the inner wall black enamel can be used for stewing , boiling , also suitable for frying food ,
but please be careful to use low to medium heat.
5. When cooking , please wear insulated gloves to avoid burns.
6.The seal between the cast iron pot body and the lid is not airtight, so it is normal for steam to escape during cooking. When the heat is high and the rate of condensation dripping back down is slower than the rate at which steam rises, steam will naturally escape from the pot; using medium-to-low heat is recommended to minimize excessive steam release.
7.When using the cookware, it is recommended to place it on a stable surface to prevent it from falling or being struck by hard objects, which could cause the enamel coating to chip or the cookware to break.
